(Mooresville, NC) As always, all are welcome to come and enjoy the opportunity to meet & get to know others from the MCSS.com & SMCC... put a face with the name! Lot's of great folks and a good time will be had by all. So come on out and join us! Monte Carlo or not. Full blown show car, daily driver, work in progress, or the family mini van... we are not here to judge. We are here to have fun! And believe me... you will! Rooming will be provided for our group at the Ramada Inn Limited in Mooresville. They offer lots of choices in their rooms and seem to be great folks to deal with! Prices are from $75-85/night, depending on how many are in the room. They also will accept AAA or AARP discounts, if you have either. Just simply call and let them know you are with the SMCC (SouthEastern Monte Carlo Club) and wish to make you reservations with the group that is coming in on the weekend of July 13-15. If you have the access to the additional discount via AAA or AARP by all means,... use it! Their number is (704) 664-6556... reservations are now being accepted! We intend on spending the day in Mooresville. I know alot in the group have mentioned wanting to visit DEI again. I have all ideas we will also visit the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame as well asMemory LaneMotorspoorts& HistoricalAutomotive Museum. All are in a short distance of one another. As in the past, we will have a Monte Cruise or parade as we visit one place to the other. Always a crowd pleaser when we "invade" the parking lots and streets with a Monte-draft! Also, you know we LOVE food! So, a nice sit down supper at Lancaster's BBQ is a must! This will be a relaxed atmosphere, no rushing from place to place. Plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and converse with one another. As always too, the evening will be spent hanging out at the hotel parking lot in fold out chairs, so be sure to bring yours! The hotel also has a pool, so 'm sure some will want to take a dip as well as sit around there. A Sunday morning Breakfast of Champions is also a thing we always do, before we split up and head our seperate ways home. (Did I mention... we LOVE food!?!? LOL So please, come out and join us for some fun. Be yourself, hang out and make some friends yuou will have for the rest of your life! Oh, and you will see a few Monte's too!
